What is Troke Kids?
It is a family app for chores, approvals, and rewards with separate guardian, caregiver, and child profiles. The focus is not only listing chores, but closing the loop with adult approval, balance, and reward requests.
Who should create the family account?
The primary account should be created by an adult. That profile defines PIN, family members, chores, rewards, and other sensitive settings for the group.
What age range makes the most sense?
The product is mainly designed for families with kids aged 5 to 12, always with adult supervision and a child mode separated from the guardian area.
What is the difference between guardian, caregiver, and child?
The guardian configures and protects the family. The caregiver collaborates within the allowed scope without becoming a full admin. The child uses a simpler flow to follow chores, balance, and reward requests.
How do rewards work?
The family defines rewards and their cost inside the app. When a chore is approved, the child balance is updated. Then the child can request a reward, and fulfillment happens in real life by the family.
Is photo proof required?
No. Photo proof is optional and depends on family settings. When the guardian enables it, the child can attach an image from the device gallery to prove task completion.
Can I use it with more than one child?
Yes. On the Free plan, the family can have up to 2 active kids. Premium unlocks more than 2 kids and expands adult collaboration.
Does each child need their own phone?
No. The guardian can turn on Kid Mode on their own phone and hand it to the child to do the chores and track rewards. If the child has their own phone, the app also works on each device separately.
Do I need a separate account for each child?
No. The account is created only once by an adult guardian, and every child profile lives inside that single account. No separate login or account is needed for each child.
What changes from Free to Premium?
On Free, the family can use up to 3 chores per child, 3 recurring chores per child, and 3 rewards per child, with up to 2 active kids. On Premium, that grows to up to 30 chores per child, more recurring chores per child, unlimited rewards, age-based routine suggestions, caregiver, additional guardian, custom reward requests, and photo proof.
Where do I find the official download links?
The /en/download page brings together the official Google Play and App Store links, along with support and the product public documents.
Is it safe for family use?
The product is built around a primary adult account, a PIN for the adult area, a separate child mode, and more careful child-data handling. The current policy also states that child data is not used for targeted advertising.
