Delete account
Troke Kids account deletion is started in the app by an authenticated adult. See where to find the feature and what happens next.
Important: deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions in the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you have an active subscription, cancel it directly in the store.
- 1 If you are a guardian, in the app go to Settings > Delete account.
- 2 If you are a caregiver, in the adult area of the app, open Delete account.
- 3 Review the preview shown in the app before you confirm. It tells you whether only your account will be removed or whether the whole family will be closed because you are the last active guardian.
- 4 Confirm the deletion in the app. Access for the deleted account ends, and eligible data moves to removal or anonymization as applicable.
What you should know
- Guardians and caregivers can start deletion of their own account in the app self-service flow.
- If the deleted account belongs to the last active guardian in a family, deletion may close that entire family.
- Some records may be kept for the minimum period required to meet legal, security, and operational obligations.
If you cannot access the app
Support email remains available for privacy, security, LGPD-related requests, and exceptional cases where deletion needs human help.
