Safety and privacy in Troke Kids

This page does not replace the legal documents. It exists to explain, in human language, how the product handles adult control, child experience, and sensitive privacy points.

Primary adult account

The family group should be created and managed by an adult. That account organizes members, rules, and the most sensitive access settings.

Separate adult area

A child does not need to navigate settings, approvals, or family management to use the app in daily life.

PIN protecting the guardian environment

The product was designed so the adult area can be protected by PIN rather than staying open inside the same flow as the child experience.

Photo proof

Photo proof is optional support, not a hidden obligation.

When the family enables photo proof, the child can attach an image from the device gallery to support a chore submission. This feature does not need to exist in every routine and depends on family settings.

  • The family chooses whether to enable it
  • The current flow uses the device gallery, not an in-app camera
  • The goal is to support verification, not to surveil every child action

Data and boundaries

Child privacy needs more care than a typical marketing page usually shows.

No targeted child advertising

The current product policy states that child data is not used for targeted advertising or sold.

Technical providers may exist

Infrastructure, analytics, and diagnostics providers may process data to operate the service, as described in the official policy.

The legal page remains the official source

This view is explanatory. The legal details and data-handling specifics remain in the published privacy policy.

Daily control

Product safety also depends on family architecture.

Separating guardian, caregiver, and child reduces permission confusion. The caregiver exists with limited scope, and the child stays outside adult controls.

  • Guardian centralizes sensitive decisions
  • Caregiver collaborates without becoming a full administrator
  • Child uses a simpler mode separated from the adult area

When action is needed

Support, privacy, and account deletion should stay accessible.

Support

If a family needs help, support should be the fastest path to clarify behavior, access, and availability.

Privacy policy

If the question is about data handling, the official reference remains the privacy policy published on the site.

Account deletion

The site should also keep the guidance clear for the in-app flow that deletes an account and related data.

Trust does not come from a slogan. It comes from explaining how the product was really designed.

If you want the official layer, continue to the privacy policy. If the focus is adoption and operation, support remains the best contact point.
